Terms & Conditions:

  • We only accept bookings from people 18 years and older

  • All bookings will be confirmed through email

  • Once we receive a deposit of 50%, the booking becomes binding and the deposit is non-refundable

  • We reserve the right to refuse a booking

  • Any mobility issues, allergies or any relevant medical conditions must be disclosed at the time of booking

  • We reserve the right to modify any prices on our website, this will not affect any bookings already confirmed

  • Many places of interest in Devon, have limited times of operation and may not be available on your preferred date

  • If payments are not received by the required date, we will send a reminder, but reserve the right to cancel the tour if payment is not then made immediately

  • All cancellations must be made by email

  • In the unlikely event of a cancellation by us, due to circumstances outside of our control, we will not accept liability for any consequential expenses you may occur as a result of this. We will, however, do our utmost to minimise disruption and offer you an alternative date

  • The customer must have their own suitable insurance in place to cover any and all eventualities

  • The customer agrees to arrive in good time for the start of the tour, or accept that some aspects may have to be shortened or removed. There will be no refunds for failure to show up

  • The customer should bring suitable clothing and footwear for the tour and provisions for changes in the weather

  • The nature of the tours offered requires a degree of flexibility and we reserve the right to amend the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances

  • We do not accept unruly or aggressive behaviour from customers. At our discretion, we reserve the right to cancel the tour and no refunds will be given

  • All 'third party' activities and attractions we attend are governed by their own policies and we accept no liability for them

  • We accept no liability for loss or damage to any personal property during the tour nor do we accept any liability for any injuries or stress caused by accident or negligence of the customer

  • Any complaints to be made via email at the earliest opportunity. We will respond within 7 days but will endeavour to resolve any complaint at the time
